Due to the nature of our fulfillment model and international logistics, returning items can be time-consuming, costly, and unsustainable — both for you and for us. Most returns would take longer to process than simply issuing a refund.
Instead, we’ve simplified the process:
If your item arrived in good condition but you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to discuss a refund without requiring a return — as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and still in its original condition.
To qualify for a refund:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to verify condition.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

We do not accept returns of any kind unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. If your order was delivered with visible damage or incorrect items, email us immediately with clear photos and we’ll make it right.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the funds.
